APPLICATION:

Suitable for conducting High Voltage (Hi-Pot) test on electrical installation, Bus bars, condensers, PIV of diodes, switchgears, machineries and many other items like transformers, motors etc. for which the test parameters are within the technical scope of output of the test set.

Control Circuit & DC HV Assembly in single  unit.

Mode of operation: Continuously variable output with manual control.

Single Unit with No Assembly at site except plugging of one control * HV cable.

Output Test Voltage               : Continuously variable from 0 to 40 KV DC.

Max. output current              : 10mA max. at HT side.

Duty                                          : Intermittent duty cycle, i.e., 5 mins ON, 10 mins. OFF.

Inbuilt dwell timer and preset timer functions.

• Knob for continuous variation of the output test voltage up to the required voltage level.
• Resistive self-discharging.
• Last applied test voltage latched & indicated in the LCD on tripping of HT circuit.

 

Metering: Backlit LCD: Panel to display all the test parameters and error messages.

• Voltage display: Accuracy 1.0%, Resolution 0.1kV. The measurement will be from HT side.
• Current display: Accuracy 1.0%, Resolution 0.1mA. Leakage measurement from the return leg.

• Series resistance to limit inrush of current at the output.
